CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Corporate Training. The successful applicant will possess a proven track record of sales and training experience.
Automate and centralize new employee training and knowledge testing to free up our BU line managers to focus on revenue generating business tasks. Automate and centralize short training and testing modules related to important updates.
Ensure a high level of quality for our centralized corporate educational and training content.
Support all key languages by market: English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish, EU languages, Latam Spanish. More languages will be added in the immediate future.
Give HQ control and insight into how our employees are evaluated, onboarded, and trained to account for important updates.
Be ready to support other departments requests for training materials.
Develop training courses for new employees with corresponding testing modules for Conversion agents, Retention agents, Retention Team leaders, Conversion team leaders, VIP sales managers, partner sales managers, and other company roles across all departments as needed.
Develop all content with the understanding that it will also be used to educate our partners like IBs and Affiliates.
Course material must cover topics such as, but not limited to:
General company info, HR info
Sales best practices
Overview of how we use the call score form to evaluate calls
How we use the CRM system
Focus on how to properly log activity and notes
Use of CRM reports and dashboards
Various types of client statuses: lead, unfunded account, funded account, funded active, etc.
Important client lifecycle events which require a specific approach: margin call, liquidation, loss of activity, failed deposit, large win, product training (mt4, mt5, SM Invest), modules on how to effectively upsell clients at the conversion and retention phases, explanation of bonus plans by job function with calculation examples
Effective sales management and leadership (management related content for team leaders)
Develop training modules explaining compliance rules by broker, and, ensure that all training material is compatible with local compliance and regulations by broker.
Develop annual employee assessment tests to get a snapshot of our employees a) product knowledge b) sales specific knowledge.
Develop short education videos and text modules to ensure employees are up to date on key internal and external changes. Assign training and testing modules, and track the progress of their successful completion. If any employees do not successfully complete required training by a certain due date – to notify the Global Head of Sales + the employees immediate supervisor.
Coordinate translation and localization of content for various business units.
Must be able to use at least one of the following: iSpring, Articulate 360, ITProTV. Coursera, PiiQ, Linkedin Learning, Udemy for Business, Pluralsight, Articulate Storyline, Google Classroom, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Presenter, Canvas, or a similar solution.
Must have had prior experience developing video and text based education using solutions like iSpring.
Must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales.
