CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected Group of Companies with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2+ years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity and speak an excellent level of fluent English.
Processing internal arrangements such as interviews, travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the internal HR system.
Providing Administrative support as required to a busy company.
Educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
2+ years of experience in an HR Administration position is a must.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices will be considered an advantage.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Must be approachable and helpful.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good ethical judgment.
Excellent administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail.
