Corporate Executive
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a globally recognised provider of tailor-made Residence & Citizenship Planning services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Executive to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Corporate Manager. Excellent administrative, time management and planning skills are a must, as is fluency in the English language.

Role Overview:
  • Providing statutory information to support third party (e.g. bank, law firm, service provider) due diligence, e.g. in case of bank account opening requests or engagement of third parties.
  • Ensuring due diligence held on senior management is up-to-date and arrange for renewal, certification/notarization/attestation where necessary.
  • Keep an accurate record of due diligence being provided in accordance with GDPR.
  • Maintaining and managing accurate statutory records, including registers of shareholders, directors and company secretaries as well as authorized signatories.
  • Updating and creating structure charts on Visio.
  • Assisting Group companies with filing of contracts, maintaining a record of and monitoring all existing agreements.
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintaining of templates for board resolutions, minutes, invitations, directors’ consent and resignation letters.
  • Assisting in circulation and filing of corporate documents and obtaining consent/signatures and, where required, submitting to corporate registers or other third parties.
  • Undertaking annual data checks on Group companies for sign off by Director.
  • Undertaking all other relevant admin support the Corporate Manager and contacts in Group companies.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Experience working for a multi jurisdiction employer would be beneficial.
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills which includes the ability to plan work, prioritise and juggle competing demands, the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and the ability to gather and analyse information quickly and accurately.
  • Proven computer skills, including Word and Excel. Proficient in database management, Visio and record-keeping.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to address multiple tasks in a short time frame and being able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and work well with colleagues in the local office and in other entities outside Cyprus, offering support and flexibility where needed.
  • Proven computer skills, including Word and Excel. Proficient in database management, Visio and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
