Customer Support Representative
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding company operating in the Online Gaming sector, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will ideally hold previous, demonstrable experience in a Customer Support position, speak excellent, fluent English and be available to work on rotational shit patterns.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone.
  • Answering client’s requests.
  • Promoting products and services to clients.
  • Optimize customers’ satisfaction.
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs.
  • Maintaining professionalism at all instances.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Attention to details and quality of work.
  • Ability to work freely in Cyprus (EU Status).
