CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International trading company with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals in Paphos. The successful applicant will be assisting clients and communicating with warehouses/international offices from the sale to delivery of each order. You will possess excellent customer service and administrative skills and speak an excellent level of fluent English.
Working closely with related clients/business to arrange shipment/storage of all orders.
Input of all order data to excel.
Ensuring smooth operation of each shipment and solving any issues that arise.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Follow quality service standards and comply with internal procedures.
Fluency in English essential.
At least 1+ years’ experience in an administrative and/or customer service position.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Ability to work without supervision.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience handling L/C’s or shipping documents is considered an advantage.
