CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate company specializing in rentals and offering hospitality services, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant to join their team based in Ayia Napa. The successful applicant will hold a minimum of 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience and be fluent in both Greek and English.
General Bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Issuing and entering of invoices.
Review monthly collections and updating creditors and debtors lists.
Producing statements and prepare various management reports.
Prepare monthly Payroll.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Submission of tax returns such as Employer’s return, Special Defence Contribution on rentals.
Assist/Liaise with the external auditors for the preparation of audited financial statements of the Company.
Ideally educated in Accounting/Finance or related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant is a must.
Excellent communication skills in Greek & English are a must (Written & Spoken).
Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent IT Skills (Word/Excel/Outlook in particular).
Accuracy and attention to detail.
