CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an online supplier of medical and laboratory equipment, we are seeking to recruit a Data Entry Clerk to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant administration experience and possess excellent communication skills in English. Our client is willing and able to consider both Part & Full-Time hours for this position.
Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
Data entry into SAGE accounting system.
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields on the website.
Identify and correct data entry errors.
Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents.
Manage and organize records and files.
Prepare relevant reports as needed.
Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.
Assist the accounting department with orders, customer monthly dues, monthly supplier payment.
University Degree in a related field.
At least 1+ years experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong computer skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
Familiar with accounting systems with be considered an advantage.
