Secure Solutions Engineer
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading International Security Solutions Group, we are seeking to recruit a Secure Solutions Engineer to join their expanding team of professionals in Nicosia. The successful applicant will have a strong and demonstrable background within a Business Development capacity, with a proven track-record of delivering commercial results.
Develops, manages and drives the business forward, builds relationships and networks with the community and manages negotiations of customer contracts. Sets up and implement the Secure Solutions business development strategy.
Translates business strategy into Sales & Business Development targets and Impacts turnover growth.
Develops a business development plan that complies with long-term objectives of the Company.
Establish new sales and achieve monthly sales objectives as budgeted.
Prepare and submit Monthly comprehensive sales reports.
Prepare business proposals for approval prior to submission.
Promote and further establish the company’s brand in Cyprus.
Monitors the local market in order to identify the potential threats and opportunities.
Understands the dynamics of the market and complies to the market requirements.
Performs market analysis, develops sales and implements marketing activities accordingly.
Identifies new solutions based on the need of the market.
Prospects and generates new business opportunities which add value to the company.
Keeps up to date domain knowledge of the business and industry.
Develops marketing strategy and media plan.
Develops and implements, in line with Group standards, appropriate customer and account retention management strategies which secure increased turnover for the organization.
Ensures costing, pricing, risk and commercial contract terms are appropriately applied in businesses.
Manages contract negotiations with clients and / or suppliers and / or subcontractors.
Ensure that all tenders and proposed contracts are well prepared and conform with the Group policy and adhere to solicitation request before they are given to the Systems Manager for approval.
Ensures that contracts are signed with all customers and that the terms and conditions meet the standards and the policy of the company.
Ensures that there is an efficient follow-up procedure and that expiring contracts are renewed on time and in accordance with the policy of the company, effecting any modifications required in consultation with the customers.
Ensure that insurable risks undertaken by the company are covered with reliable insurance companies according to the policy of the company.
Prepares maintenance agreements and ensures after sales support.
Collaborates with management and customers to provide the highest level of customer service.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Stakeholders.
Employs process/quality improvement techniques to increase efficiencies, achieve cost effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
Keeps records of all customers; contracts and maintenance agreements and provides the System Manager with all necessary information.
Achieve budgetary results, maintain budgeting controls and minimize operational risks.
Ensures that customers enjoy the best service and that all issues are immediately and carefully considered and any disputes resolved.
Carries out any other relevant duties to his position assigned by the Systems Manager.
University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or Business Administration or related field. MBA would be considered an advantage.
Substantive sales experience and project management experience (2 years minimum).
Experience in the Security Industry is considered an advantage.
Experience in negotiating and establishing commercial and other agreements.
Fluent in Greek and English.
Strong commitment, strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to maintain strong ethical and sound professional values.
A logical and decisive approach in dealing with customers and colleagues.

Understanding of the vision, values, goals and key objectives of the organization in order to deliver appropriate results.
Understanding of key competitors within the market and the factors (political, social, economic, etc.).
Extensive sales knowledge.
Ability to close sales and generate revenues.
Must be creative, multitask oriented, organized, and able to set priorities and manage to project deadlines.
