CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well established and well-known provider of technology solutions to clients across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a suitably well-qualified and experienced After-Sales Support Manager to join their expanding team of professionals. The position will be based in our clients’ Headquarters in Nicosia, but will have an island-wide remit.
Oversee and manage the company's technical department.
Continuous communication and visits to clients of the company.
Improving the profitability of the technical department where possible.
Be the company's main contact point with the brand for technical support procedures, training, claims, etc.
Quality controls for the services offered by the Technical Department of the company.
Continuous training in relation to the new products and services offered by the company.
University Degree or College Diploma in the field of Mechanical or Electrical or Computer Engineering or other related field.
A minimum of 3+ years professional experience in a similar position is essential.
Very good knowledge of Greek and English (Written & Spoken).
Excellent Computer Knowledge.
Excellent client service skills are a must.
Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills.
