CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Group of Companies with diverse business interests including Real Estate, we are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Administration Assistant to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful applicant must be fluent in both Russian and English and will ideally have previous and relevant administration experience, although full training will be provided by our client and therefore junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Senior Managers.
Enter all due banking payments.
Controlling payment process, to include credit control and payments.
Arranging execution of documents.
Communication with internal and external legal departments.
Preparation of internal memo and instruction letters, to be conducted in both Russian and English.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Ideally educated to degree level in Finance / Maths / Accounting or Business Administration.
Fluency in both Russian and English, both oral and written is essential.
Any previous administration experience will be considered a significant advantage.
Excellent team player with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong PC/IT skills are a must.
