CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly established company created to provide a full range of loan and real estate management services for one of Europe’s leading investors, we are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join their expanding team in Nicosia. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience and possess excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Greets, welcomes and directs visitors appropriately, in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Serves as a point of contact for visitors, assisting with queries and providing information where applicable.
  • Handles incoming calls, screens and forwards the calls to the relevant department/colleague, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages and deliveries.
  • Manages meeting rooms ensuring they are always tidy and prepared for both scheduled and ad-hoc meetings and trainings and schedules appointments when required.
  • Ensures that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material available and maintains area safety by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assists with a variety of administrative tasks when required to do so, including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
  • Liaises with Office Manager regarding stationary and equipment supply and orders.
  • Contributes to company security by updating visitor logs accordingly, controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assists the Office Manager and or HR regarding handling event coordination, both internally and externally.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Customer service attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Extremely well-organised with exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
