CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and international Investment Firm with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable IT Business Analyst to join their expanding team of professionals.
Work with business to take high-level business requirements and analyze and define functional requirements including constructing workflow charts, diagrams, mockups for designers, calculations for core financial systems etc.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing solutions together with the IT team.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Write detailed user stories that effectively articulate business requirements and proposed change.
Proactive and initiative documenting the results of your efforts: create business requirements, mockups for designers, calculations for core financial systems etc.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to team members, management, business representatives.
Gathering comments, questions, bug reports from various parties for improving systems.
Choosing best solutions by several criteria: offering cost efficient solutions.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and other requirements, including existing resources.
Performing focus tests, AB tests and giving efficient feedback to development teams.
Comparing existing solutions to competitors’ ones, avoiding bad practices and adapting successful ones.
Creating best marketing, design and usability decisions that will help the company to succeed.
Strong domain knowledge and understanding of FX Products.
Knowledge of FX Risk, IB, MAM setups etc. and financial reporting.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with many interested parties to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills: experience in creating detailed reports, business requirements, schemas, mockups, presentations.
Experience in working with IT projects is a must.
Experience in working with high-load software is plus.
Excellent knowledge of software usability.
Basic knowledge of software design concepts, data analysis.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field or MBA.
BABOK certification is a plus.
Knowledge of Analytics Tools, e.g. Tableau, Qlik, or MS Power BI applications is a plus

Ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
