CareerFinders, on behalf our client, a boutique provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a bright and hard-working Corporate Administration Assistant to join their expanding team of professionals.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Provide general support to visitors.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Senior Managers.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists.
Book travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
Previous administration/secretarial experience is essential.
Fluency in English is (Written & Spoken) is a must; knowledge of Russian and / or the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong PC/IT skills are a must.
Previous experience of working within a Law Firm, or Corporate/Fiduciary Services sector will be considered a significant advantage.
