Corporate Administration Assistant
CareerFinders, on behalf our client, a boutique provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a bright and hard-working Corporate Administration Assistant to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Senior Managers.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous administration/secretarial experience is essential.
  • Fluency in English is (Written & Spoken) is a must; knowledge of Russian and / or the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong PC/IT skills are a must.
  • Previous experience of working within a Law Firm, or Corporate/Fiduciary Services sector will be considered a significant advantage.
