CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global organization, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Account Sales Manager for their offices in Nicosia.
Interacting by phone with the customers to solicit order for services or goods.
Making appointments, collecting information or conducting follow-up.
Describing products and services, responding to questions, and obtaining customer information.
Obtaining possible customer leads and conducting follow up on first point of contact.
Developing targeted sales campaigns, which increase sales to the organization from corporate customers.
Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers or potential customers.
Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts, orders, and payments.
Taking proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend people enrolled in do-not-call lists.
Native English speaker.
Sales experience, preferably by telephone and in the local market.
Experience in call centre activities.
Technical expert in related computer applications.
Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.
Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
Able to react effectively and calmly.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
