CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and highly respected Group of Companies with diverse business interests in both Cyprus and abroad, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and commercially-minded Client Relationship Manager to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia.

 Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for reporting obligations for a portfolio of clients.
  • Resolution of issues, including queries from clients, independent auditors and tax advisors.
  • Frequent communication with clients and external independent firms.
  • Liaison and coordination with independent audit and tax firms regarding client assignments.
  • Negotiate and agree fees with external firms on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure group portfolio is handled in a professional manner and there are no delays.
  • Monitor key empirical information to identify client issues or cases requiring resolution.
  • Personally attend client meetings to address all working issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Identify and analyze client requirements or external legislative or other changes to ensure productive and efficient operation of client businesses, while fully compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Responsible for centralizing customer relationship management and top-quality service provision to VIP clients.
  • Coordinate and arrange delivery of all service lines through a “single window” approach.
  • Resolution of all client service problems, complaints, complicated issues in flexible, proactive, comprehensive profitable manner to achieve closure, always striving to maintain and improve.
  • Manage all processes within the group to ensure the group meets its targets.
  • Identify underperformers and causes and manage according to agreed procedure.
  • Convey to group director specific suggestions to eliminate or correct such causes.
  • Identify group training needs and arrange as appropriate.
  • Manage various campaigns regarding client restructuring necessitated by external factors.
  • Oversee revenue streams and ensuring budget targets are fulfilled.
  • Identify project work for clients, presenting solutions, winning assignments, executing assignments to budget and time line to full client satisfaction.
  • Structure campaigns, including mailings, training, working material, client communication, tracking and monitoring results.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • ACCA or ACA qualified.
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ post qualification experience with a track record of managing teams and projects, achieving targets and budgets.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
