CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International On-Line Marketing company with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to join their team based in Limassol.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or any other related field.
1+ years of experience as a Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant is essential.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prepared to work out of core hours when required.
Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to properly use, maintain and take care of work-related materials and equipment.
Professional and positive demeanour in all interactions and ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
High standard of confidentiality and strong work ethics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in English both written and oral is essential.
