CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly established and regulated Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified and highly commercial Sales Manager (FX) to join their expanding team of professionals.
Execute an organized, efficient and structured sales process.
Help drive the sales for the company's products and services.
Responsible for bringing both new and experienced FX traders to the firm.
Convert to clients, using an effective sales approach.
Use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of the company, its trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients.
Intelligently discuss with clients the financial markets and the factors that influence them.
Assist customers with account inquiries and turn.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients via phone, email, Live Person chat.
Assist, when the need arises, in seminars, expos and marketing events in order to expand the client base.
Create customized solutions for client's needs.
Highlight International / Financial Market Business opportunities for the Firm as well as review and implement reforms to previous sales cycle and processes.
Assist in gathering the required documentation from clients in order to speed up the account opening, and deposit / withdrawal process.
Communicate marketing promotions to clients through telephone and email.
University Degree in a related field, Economics, Finance etc. is desirable.
Fluent in English; any additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
Proven track record in FX/Financial Services is essential.
Previous team leadership experience will be considered a plus.
Highly commercial with excellent communication skills.
High level of self-motivation.
Organized and committed to success with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
