Customer Support Representative
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a bright and ambitious Customer Support Representative to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with Customer Requests.
  • Handling Customers’ administrative matters.
  • Communication with Clients for KYC (Know your Client) documentation.
  • Liaise with different departments for Client matters.
  • Provide support to the Sales Department.
  • Perform any related work as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience:
  • Preferably a degree in a Business related subject with knowledge of either Banking, Finance or Economics.
  • No previous experience is essential, but will be considered an advantage. 
  • Willing to learn and eager to work.
  • Be fluent in Greek and English language.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
