CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global organisation operating in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking to recruit a Native English-Speaking Sales & Retention Executive to join their team in Nicosia.
We are representing this expanding International organization that is establishing a Customer Service Centre in their Nicosia office to support their global offices and clientele.
The working hours for this position are from Monday - Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm Cyprus Time.
Responsible for contacting potential clients by phone to introduce new products and generate sales
Develop new business
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
Carry out market research and surveys
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with Owners and Managers
Attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
Key Skills and Experience:
A native level of English is essential for this role
Must possess excellent negotiations skills with the ability to plan and strategize
Must be resilient and tenacious
Goal Orientated and adaptable
Must be enthusiastic and communicative
Must have previous experience in a sales orientated role
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
Previous experience selling by phone an advantage
