HR Administrator
CareerFinders, on behalf of a very well-established and respected company who are market leaders in their chosen field, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Coordination and execution of all administrative work of the Department (Recruitment and selection, Employment, Trainings, Employee benefits, Communication with Governmental Authorities, Payroll, Staff events etc).
  • Work alongside the HR Manager to promote employer branding and increase employee engagement.
  • Induction of new employees and communication of internal company policies.
  • Ensure HR follows external and internal compliance rules and regulation.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • University degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Ideally 6-12 months of professional experience in HR is a must. 
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in Greek and English language.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong work ethics and confidentiality.
  • Clear Criminal Record.
