CareerFinders, on behalf our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Arabic-Speaking Sales Executive to join their team.
Be responsible for client’s satisfaction, representing client needs and goals within the company to ensure high quality interaction.
Be familiar with KYC and AML procedures.
Communicate daily with clients and potential clients to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
Be able to convert new leads to NDA’s (New Deposit Account).
Build and maintain strong and lengthy client relationships.
Fair understanding of the trading market conditions and trends on a daily basis in order to understand the client’s trading profile and depth of market knowledge.
Promote the company’s products in a discreet and professional manner.
Client-related administration and account opening.
Enhance and grow sales activity.
Assist clients with deposits and withdrawals.
At least 1+ years’ experience as Sales Agent in Forex or Binary Options will be considered a significant advantage.
Marketing or sales related professional qualifications are a big bonus.
University Degree and/or CySEC qualification is not a must but will be a bonus if you have a relevant degree/qualification in Marketing and Sales.
Excellent communication skills, strong personality and flexibility to work additional hours if required.
Proficiency with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Goal oriented person with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
