CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified candidate for the position of Reconciliation Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.
Research and reconcile missing payments.
Ensure monies are posted correctly.
Monitors bank accounts activity daily for multiple bill payment platforms.
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
Researches and responds to exception inquiries.
Assists team with gathering data from various systems and software.
Prepares and submits various weekly and monthly reports for management.
Proven work experience in a similar role.
High level of English language both verbal and written.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Quick learner and high level of analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or Bookkeeper qualification.
