Reconciliation Officer
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified candidate for the position of Reconciliation Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Research and reconcile missing payments.
  • Ensure monies are posted correctly.
  • Monitors bank accounts activity daily for multiple bill payment platforms.
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Researches and responds to exception inquiries.
  • Assists team with gathering data from various systems and software.
  • Prepares and submits various weekly and monthly reports for management.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • High level of English language both verbal and written.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Quick learner and high level of analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or Bookkeeper qualification.
