HR Specialist
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international company with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Administering compensation and benefit plans.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks in performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Educated to degree level in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in HR is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English are a must (Written & Spoken).
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.
