CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a company operating in the Financial Services sector in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant for their offices in Nicosia to support the General Manager.
Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attending meetings and keep minutes.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Coordinate and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Prepare and manage presentations and financial statements.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 10 years working experience as an Executive Secretary.
Superior knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and oral.
Other language will be considered as an asset.
In-depth knowledge of office management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Integrity, flexibility, initiative and confidentiality.
