Merchant Support Representative (Shift-Work)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client an expanding technology company operating in the electronic payment sector with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic candidate for the position of Merchant Support Representative (Shift-Work).
Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and confidentiality.
Inform and assist all clients in relation to the use of all current and future products.
Develop strong professional relationships with customers.
Maintain client records keeping all information up to date and well documented.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly.
Perform high level of troubleshooting.
Resolve incidents at first contact where possible otherwise escalate to relevant support.
Escalate all technical service requests to the appropriate resource if cannot be resolved and track.
Assist with testing of system upgrades.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Ability to work on day/afternoon/night shifts is essential.
Can do attitude with excellent work ethic.
Experience and knowledge of Card processing or Forex industry will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be tech savvy.
Strong written and verbal communications skills essential for this role.
Interpersonal skills and be self-reliant, independent and willing to work and grow with the team.
Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
