CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of the leading Construction companies in Cyprus with a long and proud history, we are seeking to recruit a Chinese-Speaking Customer Care Officer to join their expanding team based in Paphos.
Translates documents and emails from English to Chinese and vice versa and provides translations during meetings with clients.
Ensures the Customer Care Software Systems and files are kept updated.
Initiates and follows the department’s standard correspondence procedures.
Ensures that all Customer Care Department internal procedures and functions are followed.
Liaises and follows up all communication between the company’s departments and the customers.
Liaises with clients regarding changes and requests for their properties.
Liaises with clients regarding property packages and upgrades.
Updates and maintains correspondence registry for all properties.
Send construction progress reports to clients.
Prepare reports for accounts concerning stage payments, progress of construction and issuing completion certificates.
Responsible for the trouble tickets execution, monitoring and closing up of the tickets.
Ensures and follows all property delivery processes.
Provides after delivery service to property owners in conjunction with other departments.
University degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business or related field.
Native Chinese Speaker.
Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
Previous working experience in hospitality, customer care, guest relations and/or similar field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express).
Ability to work under pressure.
Eligible to work in Cyprus (work permit).
